During busy periods, sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take longer than usual.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally:

• Major cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days

• Other areas in Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery location, order size, and available delivery options.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your order, you may pay the applicable amount to the courier upon delivery.

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete phone number and shipping address when placing your order so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

We reserve the right to contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

When available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been shipped.

Trustify is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or delivery services.

If the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again.

We may request photographs or videos of the package and product to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Trustify primarily offers shipping within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and other fees will be communicated or applied as required.

Customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders.
